aspell-hsb software package provides Upper Sorbian dictionary for GNU Aspell, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install aspell-hsb
aspell-hsb is installed in your system.
Make ensure the aspell-hsb package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep aspell-hsb *
You will get with aspell-hsb package name, version, architecture and description in a table
